We do have a waitlist for future adopters. We have some that choose to place their $100 non-refundable deposit and join the waitlist. Or, we have others that fill out the application and will just wait to see what puppies are posted on the available puppies page. 

Yes! We do have 2 locations for our dogs, one in Spokane, WA and one in Portland, OR. This is fantastic for our dogs to get all the loving care and training they need and to offer transport for the puppies at no charge (listed above on locations)

We do require spay/neuter on all puppies on limited registration. This is apart of our contract. Males at 12-18 months and females at 18-24 months, with a clause about accidental litters as a huge no-no. We do not allow it to be sooner, as it effects their growth plates as a large breed. 

Our puppies are socialized with children, dogs and cats. They have a head start on potty training (via animal bedding and dog door). Early neurological stimulation (ENS) is started at a young age for the best head start for our puppies. We offer 4 rounds of deworming, 3 rounds of shots, microchip, vet records from first visit, and lifetime breeder support. 

We understand life happens, so we require all of our puppies to be returned to us if you are unable to keep them. However, we will refuse any aggressive behaviors due to the danger to our families. Please seek advice from your trainer and/or breeder before aggressive or misbehavior becomes and issue and next steps.

Absolutely. We aim to have all of our breeding dogs OFA tested for their hips, eyes and heart along with a complete genetic panel through embark.

The $100 deposit is a non-refundable holding fee for your place in line on our waitlist. It does come off the total price of the puppy. (payment links are at the bottom of the document page)

We do offer ear cropping through our trusted vet. We have photos for reference if needed. Our vet prefers to do the medium bell curve crop for best results on standing. The price is $500 additional cost to the cost of the puppy and is due 3 days prior to the cropping appointment.

We do offer stud services to select females. We provide AI done by us, or vets office (additional charges to you). All of our boys are $1800 for the stud fee. We do provide natural tie, if local to us- we do accommodate with transporting. 

We have partnered with an AMAZING trainer based out of Spokane, WA. She offers a huge discounted rate to families who chose to send their puppies to the 14 day board and train program. This program starts at 9 weeks old, they go via my transportation (or later if you arrange transport). The dogs are never too old to attend, but the earlier the better for your sake and hers. The cost is $1100 paid to her (she does offer payment plans) - and they get a head start on potty training, kennel training, leash manners and basic commands. 

We are an always improving kennel. Our dogs are housed indoors along with guardian homes. We are a breeder of H.E.A.R.T and value that a lot. We also have passed our AKC inspection along with our county yearly inspections for outstanding care for our animals. We love them as family and couldn't be more proud of where we are today. 

We do offer shipping through flight nanny ($650 +) or air cargo ($400+) depending on location. We are also available for ground transport to Spokane, WA Moses Lake, WA; Boardman, Oregon & Portland, Oregon and CDA, ID at no charge. 

We do have a contract that offers a 2 year health guarantee on genetic factors. We also provide all puppies with a vet visit and clear fecal (with proof) 3-5 days prior to going home. 

We do offer discounts. We have a repeat adopter discount of $250. We also have a referral discount (must provide name referral name) of $150. Our last discount is for military and first responders of 10%- with proof. 

We understand this is a very exciting time for you, as it is for us. However, due to high risk of unintentional transfer of disease to the puppies, we DO NOT allow home visits. The puppies are not fully vaccinated and we will not risk their health. This is also a safety risk for my family, other dogs and children. Thank you for understanding- and please dont be afraid to ask for our many references. We also provide weekly photos and almost daily videos along with a group chat for each litter kept for life. We are excited for you to have a healthy puppy and our protocol helps enforce that!
